Built using Gantry template and JEvents the website provides a means for adding gigs / events quickly through the backend interface, however with sometimes 30 or more events being added a week this became a little cumbersome. JEvents offers an option to upload a CSV file with events that can be absorbed into the event list using a CRON job. All that's needed is to upload image files and the CSV when changes are made. This greatly streamlined the workflow. All events are added by a person as AI cannot follow and process information from social media accounts as many announcements a`re made in a non-uniform manner.
